Geobeteiligung is a tool allowing discussion and information centered on geographic information. Dichtedialog is a special implementation of Geobeteiligung. It allows citizens to actively contribute and participate in the planning and building of their neighborhood. Official information is presented, as well as user-generated content. With help of this platform citizens can say what they like about their neighborhood, what they don’t. They can express wishes for improvements.
Dichtedialog is just one concrete usage of Geobeteiligung. However, this tool can be used in many different scenarios, whenever it comes to presenting information related to specific geographic locations.
